VENDOR INFORMATION

We are pleased to announce that the 6th Annual 21st Century Drug & Violence Prevention Training Conference hosted by L.E.A.D. is taking place February 21-23 in Atlantic City, NJ.  We are a growing organization and find it more conducive for the education and growth of our programs to provide opportunities for expanded exhibitors at the annual conference.  Given this, we are offering a limited opportunity for a flat fee of $500 for all exhibitor space.    Please register and pay on-line at Leadrugs.org.  L.E.A.D. will be doing prizes and raffles for those in attendance.  Exhibitors are welcome to sponsor a give-a-way and you will be able to present it and highlight your business.

Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications must be received no later than February 2, 2021. A written cancellation on or before February 2, 2021 will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 2, 2021.

Booth Fees include:

One 6’ skirted table and 2 side chairs, 1 wastebasket, 2 exhibitor badges, and 2 tickets to all conference events. Additional name badges can be purchased.  (Any set up costs are those of the exhibitor)

You will be notified of your space assignment, shipping and load-in instructions, and any additional updated information via confirmation packet. Additional badges can be ordered with the badge form which will be included in your confirmation packet.

Electrical services must be ordered through Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. An electrical service order form will be included with your confirmation packet. Outlets not ordered in advance and provided on-site will be charged at a higher rate.

EXHIBIT HOURS:

Sunday, February 21st      11:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Monday, February 22nd      8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 23rd     8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

EXHIBITOR BREAKDOWN:

Tuesday February 23rd 5:00 p.m.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS should be made by calling the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 609-449-1000 by February 2, 2021.  There is will be a discounted conference rate.  More information to follow.

Tentative Exhibitor Agenda

Exhibit space will be allocated at the discretion of the conference committee with order of returned contracts determining priority.

The information below will appear in the 5th Annual 21st Century Drug & Violence Prevention Training Conference Exhibitor Directory that is distributed to all attendees. No guarantee of listing if application is received after January 15, 2020.
