Passionate about protecting and empowering younger generations, Mr. Haney also serves as a Board Member of Junior Achievement of New Jersey North District.

William Schievella

William Schievella is a retired law enforcement leader whose career spanned the Morris County Prosecutorโs Office, where he served as Chief of Detectives, the Morris County and Bergen County Sheriffโs Offices, and the New Jersey State Parole Homeland Security Task Force.
He currently serves as Community Policing and Public Affairs Coordinator at the Somerset County Sheriffโs Office, Director of the Police Studies Institute, and Professor of Criminal Justice at Saint Elizabeth University.

Kevin Rambosk

Sheriff Kevin Rambosk has served as the elected Sheriff of Collier County, Florida since 2008 โ re-elected four times โ and under his leadership, Collier County has become the safest metropolitan county in Florida.
With a public safety career spanning nearly five decades, Sheriff Rambosk brings to L.E.A.D. deep experience in law enforcement leadership and a lasting commitment to community trust and youth safety.

Colette Balaam

Colette Balaam is CEO of Colait, a health data company, and brings extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech sectors from senior roles at Pfizer, WPP, Edelman, and Avenir Global.
She also serves as a Board Member of Vantage Health, a nonprofit hospital system in Northern New Jersey dedicated to advancing integrated mental and physical healthcare.

Nicholas R. De Mauro is an internationally recognized expert in law enforcement-led prevention education who, over more than 17 years, built the largest law enforcement-aligned, school-based charitable organization in the United States and has helped establish more than 20 law enforcement-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofits nationwide.
Under his leadership as Executive Director and CEO, L.E.A.D. launched a groundbreaking partnership with Botvin LifeSkillsยฎ Training โ establishing the organization as the national leader in police-delivered, evidence-based drug and violence prevention education โ and Mr. De Mauro has extended that mission globally, assisting the United Nations in developing International Standards for School-Based Policing and Prevention and serving on the IACP Narcotic and Dangerous Drugs Committee.

Joseph J. Grano Jr.
Non-Executive President
Joseph J. Grano Jr. is a decorated U.S. Army Special Forces veteran โ Green Berets โ who served as Chairman and CEO of UBS Financial Services Inc. and was appointed by President George W. Bush as Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council in 2002.
Mr. Grano has been awarded six honorary doctorate degrees and is a lifelong advocate for protecting children from the dangers of drugs and violence.

Aatif Alhout

Aatif Alhout is a registered pharmacist and owner of Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, whose clinical work with rehabilitation centers and patients in addiction recovery drives his conviction that pharmacists, educators, and law enforcement must work together to address substance abuse through prevention.
Mr. Alhout also serves on the Board of the Fairfield Police Foundation and is a member of the New Jersey Honor Legion.

Dr. Richard Bozza

Dr. Richard Bozza is the Executive Director of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA), where he advocates for strong public schools and has served on education transition committees for Governors Chris Christie and Phil Murphy.
A former teacher, principal, and superintendent, Dr. Bozza brings to L.E.A.D. a career defined by the belief that law enforcement and educators must work together to empower young people to make safe, healthy choices.

Steven Casstevens

Chief Steven R. Casstevens served as President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) from 2019 to 2020 and brings 46 years of law enforcement experience, including service as Chief of the Buffalo Grove, Illinois Police Department and as a Military Police officer in the U.S. Armyโs 101st Airborne Division.
He has testified before Congressional and Senate committees on police officer safety and wellness, youth safety, and law enforcementโs response to the mental health crisis, and received the 2020 Champion for Kids award from Fight Crime โ Invest in Kids.

Chief Paul M. Cell, Ret., served as the 2018โ2019 President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), representing more than 36,000 law enforcement leaders across 170 countries, and as the 98th President of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.
A founding board member of L.E.A.D. and current Executive Director of IACLEA, Chief Cell has championed the organizationโs mission of law enforcement-led youth prevention since its inception.

Uttam Dhillon

Uttam Dhillon served as Acting Administrator of the DEA from 2018 to 2020, leading a workforce of more than 15,000, and was the first Director of the Office of Counternarcotics Enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security, unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2006.
His career also includes service as Director of INTERPOL Washington, Associate Deputy Attorney General, and federal drug prosecutor โ making him one of the nationโs most accomplished counternarcotics leaders.

Societies for Prevention Research, Dr. Sloboda guides L.E.A.D.โs evidence-based programming, including the implementation of Botvin LifeSkillsยฎ Training nationwide.

His expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, and community safety awareness brings a critical technology perspective to L.E.A.D.โs mission of protecting young people from drugs and violence.
