- Personal Self-Management Skills โ Students develop skills that help them enhance self-esteem, develop problem-solving abilities, reduce stress and anxiety, and manage anger for better mental health.
- General Social Skills โ Students gain skills to meet personal challenges such as overcoming shyness, communicating clearly, building relationships, and avoiding violence.
- Drug Resistance Skills โ Students build effective defenses against pressures to use tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.

This 1-day training is designed to get you up-and-running with the L.E.A.D. Program and Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST) for elementary school. Choose Level 1 (Grade 3) , Level 2 (Grade 4), or Level 3 (Grade 5).
The L.E.A.D.-subsidized cost of the training is $250, which includes the cost of the Elementary School Training Set for your chosen level ($95) and shipping/handling. If you are already an active L.E.A.D. instructor updating your certification, use code RECERT at checkout and we will waive the cost of the Training Set.
