Program Learning Objectives
- Personal Self-Management Skills โ Students develop skills that help them enhance self-esteem, develop problem-solving abilities, reduce stress and anxiety, and manage anger for better mental health.
- General Social Skills โ Students gain skills to meet personal challenges such as overcoming shyness, communicating clearly, building relationships, and avoiding violence.
- Drug Resistance Skills โ Students build effective defenses against pressures to use tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.

This 1-day training is designed to get you up-and-running with the L.E.A.D. Program and Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST) for middle school, grades 6, 7, 8.
The L.E.A.D.-subsidized cost of the training is $125. The cost of the Middle School Training Set ($125) is currently subsidized and should appear as $0 at checkout! All you play is 10% shipping and handling ($12.50).
