About the Training

Open to any Officer never trained in a drug and violence prevention program and who has never been in a classroom teaching. Successful completion certifies the Officer as a L.E.A.D. Instructor in the K-12 Too Good for Drugs and the K-12 Too Good for Violence-Social Perspectives Curricula and certifies them as a member of the L.E.A.D. Family.

Cancellation Policy*
L.E.A.D. Training Cancellation Policy

To ensure the responsible use of time, staffing, and materials, L.E.A.D. enforces the following cancellation policy for all scheduled trainings.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled training date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants who do not cancel in advance and do not attend the training (“no-shows”) will be charged the full registration fee.
Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed up to 24 business hours before the training begins.
All substitution requests must be submitted in writing and include the full name, title, agency/school, and contact information of the replacement participant.
Emergency Exceptions

In the event of an emergency that prevents attendance, an executive-level staff member from the participant’s agency or school may submit a written request for a credit or reimbursement.
Acknowledgment

By registering for a L.E.A.D. training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this cancellation policy.
