Open to any Officer never trained in any drug and violence prevention program.  (Successful completion certifies the Officer as a L.E.A.D. Instructor in the K-8 Too Good for Drugs Curricula and the Too Good for Violence-Social Perspectives K-8 Curricula and certifies them as a member of the L.E.A.D. Family).
